Often discomfort is what holds us back from taking a stand. But if we’re afraid of being uncomfortable then we can’t create real change. Black-listed is a podcast dedicated to discussing uncomfortable topics surrounding race, creativity and diversity. We want to bring to light the diversity issues the creative industry doesn’t want to cause a fuss over. And start to highlight how we can all play a part in solving those issues.

Time to stop talking about diversity.

We’re the next generation of creatives and the industry we are about to enter doesn’t look like us. It doesn’t benefit from the culture of inclusivity that powers our originality and it doesn’t share our insight into the multicultural society that shaped us.

 

Diversity is our reality, so stop talking and start listening.

Trust us, it’ll be worth it.

We work with forward-thinking brands and as The Creative Producer it is my role to help us create events, campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate the tangible benefits of diversity. 

 
We decided we needed less talk and more action. Now we work to connect the industry to this next generation of diverse creatives, by building and promoting spaces where difference thrives.We know creativity is inherently diverse, so our industry should be too.

Supported by Ravensbourne University and JKR, we worked with industry professionals and young creatives to demonstrate the value of diverse perspectives in the creative process. And present how an inclusive creative culture can power originality.
